Very straightforward process. I was emailed to schedule a time for a 15 minute video interview. The interview consisted of the recruiter asking a few basic questions and just chatting for a little before answering any questions I had. She was very personable and kind and thorough with her explanation of the job and the company. At the end of the video interview, I was offered an in-person interview. The in-person was with the COO and someone else that I don't remember the title of (not the recruiter). The in-person interview had pretty simple standard questions that they read off a sheet while they took notes on my answers. I was then invited back for what they called a "working interview" which is a paid day for you to shadow the position and make sure its a good fit. I ended up accepting another position before the working interview date so I didn't go, but it sounded pretty cool and I would have gone if I didn't have another offer.

Interview process was fairly easy. Went from a phone interview, to zoom interview, to in-person interview. Along the way they kept reiterating you have to be good at receiving feedback in the moment even if it’s harsh (red flag here). Was ghosted after the interview (even though I was qualified and had more than enough education for the job). If you don’t fit in with their young and hip culture they will not consider you.
