Very straightforward process. I was emailed to schedule a time for a 15 minute video interview. The interview consisted of the recruiter asking a few basic questions and just chatting for a little before answering any questions I had. She was very personable and kind and thorough with her explanation of the job and the company. At the end of the video interview, I was offered an in-person interview. The in-person was with the COO and someone else that I don't remember the title of (not the recruiter). The in-person interview had pretty simple standard questions that they read off a sheet while they took notes on my answers. I was then invited back for what they called a "working interview" which is a paid day for you to shadow the position and make sure its a good fit. I ended up accepting another position before the working interview date so I didn't go, but it sounded pretty cool and I would have gone if I didn't have another offer.
