Unprofessional and disorganized. I was super excited about my interview after initial zoom meeting. I was prepared and took time off to come in. From the beginning to end I was called “friend” most likely because he did not know my name. He did not have anything to take notes on, did not have my resume. Nothing. He knew nothing about me or my experience and a recruiter never joined the interview like I was told. Seemed like I was only interviewed as a courtesy with no real chance. Then another guy joined for 2 minutes at the most to ask me 2 of the same questions I was already asked. “Why sales? Why review wave?” He then asked what questions I had for him. He seemed way too busy to be there and had to leave on question 2 so I proceeded to ask the first guy. Really not sure what the point of him joining was. He never even sat down, in and out. Every single question I asked was given the typical salesperson answer going around the question at hand. I asked “what does the commission structure look like?” His answer- “hourly + commission”. Obviously… Every single question I asked about training, advancement, etc was given a bs answer just like this. Throughout the entire interview he kept looking out of the window of the room as if he had better things to do. The unprofessionalism was baffling. I was given no real chance to discuss my background, experience or anything about me really. A few days later the person from my initial zoom emailed me with a link for an initial phone call with her to discuss the job not realizing I had already had the phone interview with her AND an in person interview with this company just days prior. Completely unorganized. No surprise I was ghosted. Very disappointed with this company.
