My first interview with A&M was on campus. The interview was conducted by one of the company's partners who was very nice and easy to talk with. After a few weeks the company had me come to their office in Chicago where I interviewed with five other employees whom I would be working with. They generally asked similar questions about past experiences and my interest in the firm etc. All of them were very nice and easy to talk to as well.

1 on campus interview then let you know the same day if you get the 5 hour interview at their office. Meet with a lot of members of the staff. It is all behavioral questions and conversation. They really emphasize looking for the right fit, but they seem very cliquey. I thought it went well and all the conversations were very upbeat and friendly; however, they did not offer me the position. The 5 hours of interviewing seemed excessive, and felt like a wast of time. It was very repetitive.

The interview was fairly rigorous with a director asking relatively detailed questions and addressing every nook and cranny of my resume. Relatively basic behavioral questions initially, with a couple of technical questions about scenarios that may pertain to an engagement or work assignment, but definitely fair and looks to see how you think.
