Interview
There was a telephone interview, then an invitation to an in-person interview which required an online assessment to be taken and I was asked to have 5 former co-workers submit (via an online form provided) a professional reference on my behalf. I was then interviewed, in person, and was asked a series of questions which described theoretical work-environment situations, "predicted" how I would feel, act, respond or solve the problem and then asked if the "prediction" was accurate (and if not, why.) I have to admit that it was the most interesting and engaging interview I've ever had. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was offered the job a week later.
