Interview was standard, and simple format. Included typical interview questions and discussions about background questions. the interview was about an hour. very high level and made me think the interviewer didn't have a lot of real experience. I should have asked more questions. we walked thru the multitude of cube farms....I think this was so the hiring manager could say she didn't warn me afterwards.
Six interviews over two months.
Recruiter screen: standard behavioral-question call (recruiter asked questions and took notes).
Five additional interviews: mostly conversational in tone, but focusing on tough experiences.
Worth noting that interview invites to specific times were sent for the wrong time zone for 3 of the interviews. As an interviewee I made do, but it soured the experience slightly. The AI recruiting assistant does not show a time zone when selecting the available time slots. Additionally, emails regarding interviews often arrived after the recruiting assistant messages were sent and times already selected.
Overall impression: unnecessarily lengthy process with mostly informal conversations. The interview assistant product design leaves a lot of room for improvement.
