I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at American Heart Association (New York, NY) in Oct 2012
Interview
Easy - met with the hiring manager. She was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I was offered the position after having had a computer test and then having a 1 on 1 interview. I had to go through a phone screen first as well. They were thoughtful and had my do the computer test first before meeting with the hiring manager so that if I failed the computer test that I wouldn't waste her time or mine. We talked about future goals as well as the tasks for the job I was interviewing for.

Interview
While the interview process was more extensive than most, their intention is good and it was nice to feel like they also cared if the job was right for me, not just if I was right for them. I have nothing but great things to say about the entire process and the organization!
