I applied through LinkedIn. Recruiter scheduled an initial phone screening with me and we talked for about 3-4 minutes. Needless to say, it was by far the worst experience I’ve had in a while. Recruiter didn’t introduce the company. She only asked “what are your day to day duties as an RC” and asked if I had any questions for her. Her responses were short and by the end of the interview, she sounded extremely uninterested despite me having all the skills of an RC. The very next day I received a rejection email.
