      Interview

      Apply via online, and got an interview after a month. Phone screening for 30 mins, was a nice and friendly talk, share a lot of information about the company and open to any questions. Then got second round after 2 weeks, it's online screen via Handout Google, asked many questions and it was nice but a little bit stress. Overall, it's professional, polite, and good management of the HR process.

It's a B2B business and focuses on working with agents now. How would you do the promotion? 6. What's you like and dislike about sales? 7. How you create a sales SOP? 8. Talk about your management skills. 9. What do you like to be managed? 10. Is money important to you? 11. Why do you want to change the job? 12. What's your experience with sales? 13. When can you start? 14. What's your expectation about the salary and what's your current salary now? Don't really need to answer this one.
