Interview
Very organized, professional, and impressive. They asked me my background in project management and the computer industry, and had me meet with the manager I would be working for. I was then put in front of three panels and met with four or five other individuals. While hectic, it was a positive experience.

What my weaknesses are. I always hate that question. The interview was very technical; fortunately, I've been in the industry 20+ years, so it wasn't so bad.
I went through 4 rounds of interviews, including recruiter, hiring manager, a senior project manager in the team, a supervisor in the team, and a peer in the team, then got the offer.

They scheduled the interview and never showed up.
After 20 min (15 past interview start time) I was booted from the room because no one from Aquent arrived.
Extremely unprofessional. What a waste of time
Everything leading up to the interview process went well. The team was quick to respond, and after two phone calls I was invited in for the interview. I thought it went very well and I was asked to come back to meet with additional people. But that was it...they never provided any follow-up. I reached out to see when we were scheduling my second interview, and they still never followed-up. I thought this was very unprofessional. If that is how you treat people, it is certainly not the type of organization I want to work for. If you are no longer interested- just be honest!
