Aquent Recruiter interview questions

The interview process was lengthier than most. It required several phone interviews, a couple applications, and a recruiting exercise. I worked with their internal recruiter, Paul, who was great to work with. He coached me through the admittedly lengthy process and provided me with tips as to how to be successful. When I interviewed with the hiring manager, however, we did not go through my application (which was several pages and quite time consuming), nor did we go through the exercise I was assigned which was also quite time consuming. The interview felt rushed and I wasn't asked many in-depth questions and got the impression she had already made her decision on hiring a different candidate before I arrived at my interview.
