Was easy interview process, however they needed to hire for a role they did not have a full understanding of for an end client. Overall was a super easy interview when you are an expert in what you do. However I did get an offer and turned it down, they wanted me to sign a 18 month non-compete that would prohibit me from working anywhere in the US (its not enforceable but did not want to deal with that) along with that a ton of other over reaching clauses, such as if at any point I get a new job I had to inform this company, and they have 30 days to approve or deny my ability to take it. No thanks! plus the role was a contract role that only was to last several months with no word if they would extend it. Avoid this company at all costs.
