Disheartening Candidate Experience: Lack of Communication at Ascendion
I had the pleasure of engaging in initial discussions with the recruiter Krati Pandey and was enthusiastic about the prospect of joining Ascendion, a company I have long admired. However, I regret to inform you that my experience quickly became disheartening due to significant communication challenges.
Following my screening discussions with Krati in August,'23 during which I provided detailed insights into my Key Result Areas (KRAs) and skills, I was assured that my interview would be promptly scheduled. Despite my diligent efforts to follow up via various channels, including LinkedIn, phone calls, texts, and WhatsApp messages, I did not receive any response from either recruiter. This lack of communication has not only left me disappointed but has also raised concerns about the candidate engagement experience at Ascendion. Ghosting someone is not a professional approach.
