I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn in late November. I was a senior in college and had been looking for work for about two months. The recruiter asked for my resume and then said I would have a phone interview at a later date. They verified my three references via telephone. After I graduated (December) I went through a phone screening (I thought it was an interview but turns out it was a screening to go onto the interview process). After, I went on a 1:1 interview in January. The 1:1 interview asked the exact same questions as th phone screen interview. I basically gave all the same answers (figured if I made it past the phone screen, my answers were good enough to qualify for the position). Overall the process was about 2.5 months (once you agree to accept the offer you have to get a physical, tb test, and a full background check that checks your history across states. The process for me took about 2 weeks. I began work 3 weeks after completing all the documents.

Screening interview and then main interview. Expect to be interviewed by a team of 3-4 people. Also expect them to run late! They asked about 6-10 questions. Overall it was an okay experience but a little stressful
