Video interview at the end of job simulation assessment. There was a time limit in which you had to answer the question. The time limit was 2 minutes to answer each question.

Very casual interview. Very little focus on the role itself, mostly focused on the values of the company and how they aligned with my own, Overall a very enjoyable interview.

Interview
A formal 1hr 15min interview where they essentially ask your background, then ask your motivations, a project that AtkinsRealis has completed that appealled to you etc. Then some scenario based questions.

Interview process was smooth, although one of the interviewers seemed to be quite cold and blunt. Perhaps part of the spiel, but seemed a bit unnecessary. Other interviewer was much more friendly.
