The interview process was thorough. I first spoke with via email with Human Resources and was that put in touch with the hiring leader. The hiring leader and I met virtually to discuss the position, which was great to be able to understand the role more. I was then scheduled with a virtual peer to peer, which was very insightful speaking to other people in the role I was applying for. The hiring leader received feedback from the peers and the hiring leader and I met again to discuss next steps.
