Aurora Energy Research Energy Modeling Analyst interview questions

Streamlined process with a 45 minute first round interview over Teams and a 1.5 hour in-person case study in Oxford. The first interview consisted of general questions about my previous work experience and why I'd like to join Aurora, followed by three math olympiad style questions (the kind you'd find in prep books for quant roles, but simpler).

Interviews with different teams in different locations, and with general interview and problem solving questions for 30 min of the interview minimum, all focused on logical thinking and deduction. Has good chats in the interview, but interview process felt very mechanical and impersonal.
