initial virtual interview consisted of motivational questions and then some brain teaser type questions. This lasted about 40 minutes. My interviewer was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable especially given I had technical issues joining the meeting and so was 15 minutes late.

Invited by email to attend a 1st round interview online that lasted ~1 hour with a senior analyst. Gimmick brain teasers about probabilities and statistics, and simple algorithms question.
Then I was invited by email to attend a 2nd round interview with the head of modelling. To my dismay almost all the time was spent on brain teasers about probabilities and simple maths modelling.
It felt like I was interviewed by robots, the process was dehumanized and not competency-based. It doesn't make you want to work there.
