I went to the 2nd round - The interviewers were really nice. First round was a simple market sizing question, second round was more involved Case study. They purposefully put distracting information so I got a little scatterbrained. just make sure to practice more difficult case studies so you're prepared!
I interviewed at Aurora Energy Research (Athens, Athens, Attica)
Interview
Reached the 2nd interview of the 3-interview process. Both interviews had the same format of having basic behavioural questions in the first part, followed by a small case study meant to showcase your prowess with quantitative data. Finally, there was time to ask questions regarding the company.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the job (mainly cause my background was related to energy policy and I had little experience in consultancies), but the process was very pleasant, with both interviewers being very polite and cooperative, giving me detailed feedback at the end. Overall, had a positive experience with both the people and the company.
