Great interview process with Auto Nation. They were very transparent & understanding. Appropriate # of interviews, felt they valued my time. Lots of industry related questions which is to be expected.

Can’t recall all the questions but I believe many were situational and industry related.
Terrible phone screening, found out during the screening that the salary range was even lower than what they posted on the JD, which was surprising, if not illegal. The recruiter was not very friendly, it reminded me of agency recruiters that focus on contract roles and treat you like a number.
