AutoNation Sales Associate interview questions

There were 3 interviews in a 1 on 1 format. The 2 sales managers interviewed me separately for about 10 to 15 minutes each. Next, I had to present a vehicle to each of them, which was not bad given I had 2 days to prepare. Finally, I had a 1 on 1 interview with the General Manager and he basically told me what the job entailed.

Interviewed with 4 different managers, you sit in a room and wait for them to come in one at a time. It seemed like a fairly unorganized process and there were times when I waited as long as 30 minutes between managers. They did not appear to be busy so I am not sure what the reason for this is,.
