My interview took place from April until mid May, involving four interview rounds. The initial interview with the Recruiter was quite engaging. Her enthusiasm about the company and her role left me with such a positive impression. The subsequent logical interview was with a really smart person with a super diverse background. She not only shared insights about the company's culture but also ignited my enthusiasm with her collaborative spirit during the second round. My final two interviews were with a Team Lead and the Solution Architect VP. Hearing about their personal growth stories within the company was inspiring. All in all, the people at this company are terrific, and the interview process was engaging. Avature's responsiveness to my questions was commendable. Unfortunately, the offer took a few months, possibly due to me being one of the first hires in my location. Regrettably, I had already accepted another offer when they reached out. Even to this day, I find myself contemplating the opportunity and the remarkable team at Avature. I am absolutely sure that I will work here one day.
