I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Aviva (York, England) in Feb 2019
Interview
Initially invited to complete some online tests. After passing these, I was then asked to complete a 20 minute interview with two Aviva employees over the phone. I heard back from them two weeks later inviting me to attend the York assessment centre. This took place over two days but all expenses were paid, including a meal with the other candidates and two Aviva employees. The assessment centre consisted of a group exercise, a presentation to be prepared on the day, and a traditional interview.
