Straightforward - Most of the people you speak with will try to get a feel for who you are as a person so just go in relaxed and ready to talk about yourself. Be friendly and conversational. They will also have questions on your sales experience so be prepared to share your highs and lows as well. The whole process was about a month from first interview to hire.
Interviews were basic but I was reminded I was one of many candidates during multiple rounds, which felt like an odd flex (?). Had 4 interviews the last of which the interviewer was 20 minutes late and asked like 3 questions before rushing off. All interviews went seemingly well, then was ghosted without any result/feedback.
The communication was very consistent throughout making it very clear what next the process and next steps would look like. All team members that I interacted with were very professional and kind throughout, making it a very enjoyable process.
