Question 1
Speak to a previous role that required high volume monthly activations.
Interviews were basic but I was reminded I was one of many candidates during multiple rounds, which felt like an odd flex (?). Had 4 interviews the last of which the interviewer was 20 minutes late and asked like 3 questions before rushing off. All interviews went seemingly well, then was ghosted without any result/feedback.
The communication was very consistent throughout making it very clear what next the process and next steps would look like. All team members that I interacted with were very professional and kind throughout, making it a very enjoyable process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BILL in Nov 2024
Interview
3 interviews starting with someone from the recruiting team. It was great that the recruiter knew so much about the department, role specifics, and the team. Second interview was with team manager. Third interview was with the director and a top performing sales rep.
