The overall process wasn’t hard. Applying online and then doing a video interview. Once you get called in everyone is pretty friendly and great at communicating what the job is.

There were two interviews, and it was very easy and straightforward. The first interview was with a department manager, and the next interview was with the store leader. Good experience overall.

Interview
It starts with an online application which is a bit lengthy. It involves some psychological questions that don't necessarily have any right or wrong answers. It tests how you would react in various situations. Once application is reviewed, I was given a call and an interview was scheduled with the GM of the particular location. The in person interview was pretty basic stuff. There were no tough questions and I was hired on the spot.
