The overall process wasn’t hard. Applying online and then doing a video interview. Once you get called in everyone is pretty friendly and great at communicating what the job is.

What’re your hobbies and enjoy doing in free time?
There were two interviews, and it was very easy and straightforward. The first interview was with a department manager, and the next interview was with the store leader. Good experience overall.
It asks a lot of situational questions when dealing with your teammates and/or customers. Like something that could hypothetically happen and just use whatever experience you had to deal with said situation.
