Definitely one of the more unusual recruiter screens I’ve had. The recruiter handling this position gave a brief overview of the company and role, then asked if I had any questions, which I did. We chatted about those for about 10–15 minutes, and... that was it. No questions about my experience, skills, background, or current role. None. Not even the classic “walk me through your resume.” Just a polite wrap-up and goodbye. It left me wondering, how exactly are they assessing candidates? Gut instinct? Horoscope compatibility? Some internal vibe check metric I’m not aware of? I’m all for a conversational interview, but skipping the part where you actually assess experience and skill-fit is a choice. If you're looking for a process that makes you feel thoroughly assessed, this probably isn't it.

Very streamlined process with prompt and courteous communication. I appreciated the respect for my time and how quick the team moved. Very up front with expectations and forthcoming when asked questions. The final interview consisted of a few individual calls and a panel interview where I presented a mock assignment. Overall a fair interview process that assessed my qualifications without jumping through too many hoops.
