BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The initial 1:1 interview was set up by HR recruiter which was interesting because I was advised by another recruiter that I did not have the skills or experience for a customer service position in another area of the company. After working at the company, I realized that job openings are assigned to available recruiters. Each recruiter at the company works with a supervisor/manager in posting the position and setting the criteria. Both positions were very similar in nature. Once a background check is completed, you are scheduled for a 1:1 interview. I realized after hiring that I was not interviewed by someone in that area, but instead by a training supervisor. The interview process was very standard but little information was available about the specific job or job area when I asked questions. I left the position at the 1 year anniversary for posting as I found the information given by the recruiter and interviewer was not what the job entailed as far as moving forward or into another position.
