Contacted through University recruiting. Behavioral interview over the phone, and then an on site interview. On site interview consisted of behavioral interview and a demonstration of my understanding of Microsoft Access. I was contacted less than a week later with an offer. They wanted me to work full-time during the summer, and part-time during the school year with a nine month commitment.
