Long 9 week Interview process . First contact after applying via the portal was 5 weeks and then another 4 weeks for phone screening (Round 1) and assignment of project (Round 2). Request was made to present project in the second round and was notified that the project was only a precursor to see which candidates are selected to interview in Round 3. All of this led to NO onsite interview. The hiring manager was the incumbent and yet would not disclose the salary range. The feedback I received is that I was overqualified. Note for Candidates: Be sure to mark all of your projects submitted to them PRIOR to interview as "Confidential: Property of XXXXX" for all of your Intellectual Property.
