Bon Appétit Management interview questions

I had to wait outside in the middle of December because they didn't tell me where I was supposed to go inside, then had to wait for the Executive Chef to interview me. He was nice and personable, and basically described the job, equipment, and environment. It lasted maybe 10 minutes. I wasn't too bothered by not getting the job, more so by the fact I was supposed to get a call the next day and instead got an e-mail almost a week later--which they would've called.

After a brief phone interview detailing the requirements of the job we set up a time to meet with the two managers and head of catering. The face to face interview was very casual and only took 20-30 minutes.
