I applied online. I interviewed at Breezeline in Aug 2022
Interview
Initial call with recruiter, then had to work on an exercise, then had another interview to discuss my solution. Everything seemed great, besides one of the interviewers being slightly condescending and decided to rave about other candidates during my interview. I was then ghosted, and have heard nothing since.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Breezeline in Jun 2023
Interview
Initial interview with HR where we discussed the position, company culture, monetary compensation, etc..., then a take-home assessment which I completed in just a few hours. Afterward, another interview with the hiring manager and lead developer to discuss my solution. Was told by the manager I was going to move to the final interview with VP.... which never happened. Almost two weeks after they reached out to say they can't afford my salary discussed, and that was the end of our communication. They should definitely not waste people's time if they are not sure of the budget ahead of time.
