Applied online and heard from the recruiter about 3 weeks later. Had a typical initial phone screen with the recruiter. Went over the position in more detail, went over my resume and salary. He said he likes what he heard and will recommend me to move along to the second phone interview. Had the second phone interview a few days later with a Sr Systems Architect. That went okay. We didn't really click. it was about 30 minutes long. Went over my resume. Asked me about me job hopping so I had to explain that. Not really any specific technical questions, just wanted to know more of what i do. I tried to relate it all as much as possible to the position. That was on a Friday afternoon. I sent out the thank you email immediately. It is Tuesday and I have not heard anything back, just a left a voicemail with the recruiter.
