I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Bright Horizons Family Solutions in Jun 2014
Interview
I was called by HR a day after I had applied. Then, it took another week and HR called me back and finally submitted my information to the center director. Approximately a week later, I had an interview and the questions took about 30 minutes and were very basic questions and then I was to go into the room and hang out with the kids for 40 minutes. Being in the room with the kids was a great way to get to know the teachers and ask them questions and it was also great to be with the kids! I then had to go through a background check which took a week. Now, I am supposed to hear back next Wednesday because they are having interviews on Monday and Tuesday. The whole process has been very long and tiring.
