HR screen followed by an interview with the hiring manager to see if I was a fit for the position. I then had to complete a 2.5 hour take home assignment within a given time window. It was addressing a problem in their production environment. Ultimately, I should have turned down the assignment because it seems like they are leveraging the interview process for product ideas. I didn't hear back from the hiring manager after submitting the homework. It was a waste of time and I urge others to be cautious.
