Interview
receiver normal email asking for the first screening interview. I agreed to a time during the week where I could set aside 30 minutes to talk. The recruiter called a few minutes late. She was appaently younger and had little experience conducting this type of call. During the 30 minutes on our pre-screen call she did the following things: repeated a statement about how they are growing so fast that she cant keep up, told me twice about how she was a contract recruiter for a few years for them and they "finally" hired her recently as a full time recruiter. And, the thing that was most out of whack for me was that I had to keep (more than three times) bring the conversation back to the actual position we were discussing and how I might be a good fit for it. As a Training Manager for my existing company, I have interviewed and been interviewed my share of times. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Of course, that was over a month ago with no follow up since.
