      Lighting Artist Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Bungie in Apr 2022

      Interview

The interview process is quite lengthy, but I can tell that with being an established company, they have protocols to follow when selecting new talent for the team. Initially I was offered and art test which took me about 1-2 weeks to complete (though there was no pressure to finish within any time frame) and then I was screened via the phone interview. Interviewer was extremely kind and made the interview feel really natural. Then I was selected to move forward to the Hiring Manager interview. This was about a 2 week process between these two interviews. Unfortunately I did not get past the Hiring Manager interview, but this is due to my lack of interview experience I'm going to assume. Hiring manager was very kind and personable during the interview. Only caveat is it did take me 2 weeks to hear back after the Hiring Manager interview and I did have to reach out in regards to the decision. Once I did reach out, I did receive my answer just a few days later.
