Recruiter call then a big test you have about a week to do, then a day long interview process with tech questions and compatibility questions. Pretty solid process overall and have no complaints
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Lots of coding questions but not general leet code style question, actually have to use your brain.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bungie (Bellevue, WA)
Interview
Interviewed twice, once for an internship and once for an associate position.
First round is a take home C++ test, has two questions that are rather difficult. They give you a week to complete it and it took me the whole entire week to get it done. They are flexible with time, but the test questions were very difficult and out of scope.
Next interview is a phone screen with HR and Engineering team
Afterwards is a 6 hour long in house interview. During the time I interviewed however they were working remotely so I did it over teams.
It was really cool to meet people from engineering and they were great. But it was a rather grueling interview process. A lot of technical questions over that whole period of time.
Associate Software Engineer applicants have rated the interview process at Bungie with 3.5 out of 5 (where 5 is the highest level of difficulty) and assessed their interview experience as 50% positive. To compare, the company-average is 54.6% positive. This is according to Glassdoor user ratings.
