I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at CCS Fundraising
Interview
Informal interview, followed by a screening call with a recruiter, and then two rounds of the final interview. Very Slow to reach back out (3 months). Focused on writing ability and confidence in dealing with any and all types of projects.

Question 1
Which project area are you the least confident in your ability to handle?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CCS Fundraising (New York, NY) in Aug 2014
Interview
The first step was a phone screen which was followed by an in-person interview. Both interviews were relatively easy and focused on your past experiences and the reason you wanted to get in to non-profit fund raising work. They also wanted to see writing sample between the phone screen and the in person interview. The interviews were quite information in regards to what the types of projects you would be working on and where you would be working. However, as I subsequently learned, the strongest answer you can give in the interview is that you would be willing to work anywhere and you have access to a car. I originally applied to work only in the New York/East coast area but was given an offer which required relocation to the Midwest which I decided to turn down.
