Extreme exploitation, routine 80 hour work weeks with unrealistic deadlines, high demand and workload you’re managing almost entirely by yourself, minimal support from management, toxic and unsupportive culture, performative, stay wary of some male partners. Lack of appreciation and extremely poor work life balance, especially for less than market pay.
