Standard process - phone screening, HR interview, writing sample, then final interview with hiring manager. At first, communication was very proactive and prompt. After the final interview, I was ghosted for 2 weeks, HR did not respond when I was asked for an update, and I was ultimately rejected in an email that didn't put my name correctly. Throughout the process, HR was not able to answer my own questions about the role / team, and I never felt like hte company was trying to sell me on working for them. It felt very corporatey and buttoned up - as if I'd be lucky to get the job and there was no need to sway me.
