The longest process ever and got zero closure. Applied first in June (with a referral), heard back the next week for a phone screen in July. Then scheduled a first-round interview for August, followed by a writing assignment then interview with two consultants in September. Ultimately was rejected a few days later. I never heard back from my recruiter about feedback, and I did feel that I connected well with my interviewers at each stage. Just such an unnecessarily dragged out process.

The interview process went smoothly and was very clear the entire time. Like many others have said, there are 3 interviews and an assignment after the first one. Everyone was kind and informative.
