I was engaged through the entire interview process and did not receive an offer at the end. I received a generic "thanks but no thanks" email, stating that there were candidates that were a better fit. I know this to be incorrect, as I was told several times they hire on a rolling basis and I was not competing with others for this consultant position. This email also mentioned that they do not provide feedback due to company policy. The entire process took 2 months, and here's what I experienced: 1. Initial phone screening with recruiter 2. Another call with the recruiter 3. Required to submit a cover letter and PDF application, even though I already applied digitally through their website and this info was collected 4. Required to complete an unpaid assignment 5. Interviewed with a higher up 6. Interviewed with a VP of the company as a final check 7. Received generic email response
