I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CDK Global (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2017
Interview
Very casual and straightforward. Mostly behavioral with very few technical questions. They're mostly trying to see if you fit with their work culture so just be yourself. Very nice people

Question 1
How would you traverse a BST to find the smallest value
It was straightforward: initial HR phone call about behavior, followed by two technical interviews focused on my resume. After discussing my experiences and answering questions, I successfully received an offer.
First round was a technical assessment, second round was a remote phone interview where I was asked to complete a few coding questions in a notepad. Both questions were LC easy/medium.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at CDK Global (Portland, OR) in Apr 2025
Interview
1 screening (about 15 minutes, mostly behavioral, asked you easy behavioral questions), then 1 technical interview a few weeks or months later (40 minutes, with a senior hiring manager and 2 senior engineers).
