      The process was intricate. I went through 3 rounds of interviews. HR Screen, same level manager and final with the Director. They really made sure I knew the auto business and had the right experience that aligned with their business needs.

      The interview was not very formal and more of a structured conversation of experience. I structured my answers using the STAR format. There were some questions that were behavioral but overall very relaxing environment for an interview and interviewer was a pleasant and engaging.

      The initial process was the HR recruiter screening, she was very informative and friendly. The recruiter communicated through the interview process which included the timeline. The process from applying online and scheduling the interviews took a process of 30 days. The feedback after the interview took two weeks.
