The interview process was very relaxed. First, I met with the CFGI recruiter and he ensured that the opportunity was a good fit and consistent with my long term goals. He gave a great overview of the culture and growth of the company. After I met with the CFGI recruiter, he proceeded to schedule interviews with the rest of the team. Overall, everyone was very friendly and professional, and the interview process was very transparent and informative.

Why are you interested in leaving your current position and this position at CFGI?
Had three interviews. Two Interviews were with people on the leadership team such as a partner and a managing director. Third interview was with a peer so you can ask questions about the company, projects , etc
Interviews will consist on a one on one with HR and then interviews with three other employees if the initial screening is passed. The difficulty depends on the interviewer and experience.

I had an interview with HR and three with management. Seemed to be a straightforward process. The hiring manager promised to get back to me, but I never heard back even after reaching out. After all those interviews, they could have at least responded to my emails.
