The first set of interviews were conducted by the branch manager and has a basic PLC and electrical knowledge exam. The employer talks about the job description and gages interest in my experience and abilities. The second set was with the directors of Controls and MES groups. They presented the visions of the groups and basically gaged for interest again. The third interview was with the President and CFO and they offer insight to company culture and visions into the uniqueness of the company.

I applied online. After 2 weeks I had a phone interview and then an online assessment which took more then two hours. It contains about 200 questions. They asked me to set up a PLC and AutoCAD test. It should be printed, scanned and emailed. After that AutoCAD test was started and it schematics. One hour was given to each test.

It should be printed, filled, scanned and emailed. It should be done in one hour. After that AutoCAD test was started and it was same as the PLC test.
