Dind't like the interview, too robotic, had a feeling that i didn't interect with humans. Also didn't feel comfortable when the interviewers presented themselves as they/them or she/her, what the heck...
I interviewed with a recruiter, then two managers, and finally a director. Everyone was nice and professional, but the questions were almost all about personality and culture fit instead of the actual job. After three rounds, I didn’t feel like they really figured out if I could do the work. It’s clear they care a lot about team fit, which might explain why so many higher-ups are involved. I was told I’d hear back either way, but instead I got a survey about my interview experience, followed by an automated rejection email on a Sunday. The process started off great but ended poorly, and after reading other reviews, I think I might’ve dodged a bullet.
