Initial call with in-house recruiter, followed by an exploratory call with hiring manager. Then a take-home test, which took about 2ish hours, followed by a one-hour Zoom to dig in to the test + general ops experience with same hiring manager. Then separate interviews with 4 additional team members, including direct supervisor and direct reports as well as lateral colleagues. Finally, a wrap-up with hiring manager for final questions.
